Flexitime Employee friendly time management.

Flexitime is a term used to define the modern adaptable approach to employee work attendance. Normally an employee is expected to work a fixed number of hours per day, but under flexitime the requirement is to work a number of hours per week (or other period) with a flexibility accorded the employee to how the hours are achieved. Usually they must still work at peak times, but can work more hours today to work fewer tomorrow.
